Western Blue sells computer equipment exclusively to government agencies. We worked on many projects for them. This ad was designed for a magazine to reach the people who had the authority to make purchases in all levels of government. We added interest to an otherwise uninteresting design by breaking the borders with objects and photos. A customer quote lends credibility to the advertiser's claims.
